of Abl-family nonreceptor tyrosine kinases and are required for Rac-dependent cytoskeletal reorganization in response to growth factor stimulation (1). Abi-2 acts in regulation of cell growth and transformation by interacting with nonreceptor tyrosine kinases ABL1 and/or ABL2. This protein is involved in cytoskeletal reorganization, and it regulates ABL1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA (2). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
