editing by site-specific deamination of adenosines. This enzyme destabilizes double-stranded RNA through conversion of adenosine to inosine. Mutations in ADAR have been associated with dyschromatosis symmetrica hereditaria (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:50 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
