Synonyms rHuGRO-α/CXCL1; NAP-3; MGSA; Growth-regulated alpha protein ; 重组人 CXC 趋化因子1 Species Human Source E. coli Accession P09341 Gene ID 2919 Molecular Weight Approximately 7.8 kDa AA Sequence ASVATELRCQ CLQTLQGIHP KNIQSVNVKS PGPHCAQTEV IATLKNGRKA CLNPASPIVK KIIEKMLNSD KSN Biological Activity The ED50 is <100 ng/mL as measured by CHO-K1/Gα15/hCXCR2 cells (human Gα15 and human CXCR2 stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells). Appearance Lyophilized powder. Formulation Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS. Endotoxin Level <0.2 EU/μg, determined by LAL method. Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human GRO alpha/CXCL1 (rHuGRO-α/CXCL1) to 100 μg/mL using ddH2O or PBS. Storage & Stability Lyophilized recombinant Human GRO alpha/CXCL1 (rHuGRO-α/CXCL1) is stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage. Shipping Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere. Background CXCL1 plays a major role in inflammation, angiogenesis, tumorigenesis, and wound healing[1]. CXCL1 is secreted by human melanoma cells, has mitogenic properties and is implicated in melanoma pathogenesis[2]. CXCL1 has neutrophil chemoattractant activity[3]. CXCL1 plays a role in spinal cord development by inhibiting the migration of oligodendrocyte precursors and is involved in the processes of angiogenesis, arteriogenesis, inflammation, wound healing, and tumorigenesis[4]. |
