Background
Recombinant Mouse KGF/FGF-7 is a polypeptide mitogen that belongs to the family of fibroblast growth factors. It binds only to a splice variant of FGFR2 (FGFR2 IIIb) and is a highly specific paracrine growth factor for epithelial cells. Recombinant Human Keratinocyte Growth Factor 1/FGF-7 and its receptor are important for normal wound healing.
